Hi! I am Meheer Thakare. I am a 21 year old Management
student studying in final year BMS (Bachelor of Management
Studies), here in my home country, India. I am the Founder

Nokia Cell Phones fall into my set of obsessions. I
have been following Nokia phones for almost 4 years now. So
here I am, providing all the neccessary information that one

Why Connect Mobiles?
There are already thousands of cell phone information sites
on the Internet providing information related to all GSM or
CDMA Phones. Some of them are capable of publishing unique
informations, while others lack the urge of providing good
and useful content. But the bottomline is that there are very
few sites publishing information which is solely subjected
to Nokia GSM Cell Phones. Connect Mobiles publishes information
related solely to Nokia Mobile Phones which makes it unique
in the first thought of mind.
History
Connect Mobiles started of under the blogspot.com domain.
It was registered in the 3rd week of January 2005. I wrote
reviews on Latest Nokia Phones. The reviews were unique which
attracted more and more visitors. Meanwhile, I always worked
on promoting the site. I used most of the SEO(Search Engine
Optimisation) dos' and donts'. Also registered the blog with
over a hundred Blog Search engines. The Hardwork usually paid
of, the Daily Unique Visitors on the site kept on increasing.
On 23rd March 2005, I recieved a Personal Token of appreciation,
on my email, from a Nokia Employee working with Nokia Lifeblog
in Nokia corporation, Finland, appreciating my uniqueness.
This boosted up the moral and desire to make this thing big.
The reviews continued to recieve constant appreciation from
many visitors.
In August 2005, I got into contact with a well known Finland
based site which published informations related to Nokia.
I got into a mutual contract and started writing on that site
too, in return I was rewarded a link to Connect Mobiles blog.
This boosted the visitor traffic to a great extent. I wanted
to write more and more things apart from reviews on the blog,
but due to some understandable limitations of the blogspot
domains, like lack of categorisation, I had to apply some
brakes to the success. Meanwhile I continued to write reviews.
This was the time when I was approaching a limit where I was
running out of the latest Nokia phones to be reviewed.
By Mid-August the Daily Visitors increased to over 100 per
day. So, I finally decided put up a site and write more. This
would help Connect Mobiles to reach greater Milestones. With
One month long thorough planning, I have now launched the
site on 20th September 2005. Lets keep our fingers crossed
and hope for the best results for Connect mobiles....
The Journey of Connect Mobiles so far has been short but
effective, interesting and amazing.....
